Return of electronic resources within 14 days
Super 12s provides a 14-day cooling-off period as recommended by the European Union. You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. But if you keep shopping with us and keep requesting refunds for your purchases, we will disable your ability to buy more electronic resources from super12s.com. It's inappropriate to abuse this system to get a bunch of electronic resources without paying for them. We have a duty to our authors that they should be properly rewarded for their efforts.

You can check the quality or appropriateness of an electronic resource before buying it. Just click on the Samples link and visit the Curriculum Map section on our website, and you'll get a clear idea - before purchasing.

Return of electronic resources for a valid reason - up to 30 days

You can return an electronic resource within 30 days if you present a valid reason for warranting a return. We take a commonsense approach to refund requests. What constitutes a "valid reason" can change over time, along with changes in technology, and will be determined entirely at our discretion based on the circumstances. No correspondence will be entered into regarding such determination.

"I didn't enjoy the resource" is not a valid reason.

An example of a valid reason may be if you accidentally clicked the incorrect "purchase" button. In these situations, we will issue a store credit or full refund.​

Technical problems

If an electronic resource becomes corrupted or requires replacement during the normal course of use, you can contact us at contact@super12s.com, and we will provide you with the ability to re-download the resource.
